Alfaloc wins Call Center Trophies 2019!

Alfaloc customers deserve the best service ever!

And, modesty aside, it is well known that we boast of having this quality.

If proof is needed, the most valuable are the opinions of Alfaloc customers.

But in the event that more evidence is still needed, we therefore decide to go to the fight!

That’s exactly why we applied for the Call Center Trophies 2019.

This competition, organized by Call Center Magazine in partnership with the renowned IFE by Abilways, is a great opportunity to demonstrate our excellence.

In 2018, we also competed, and we managed to prove the quality of service by winning the trophies for Service via Social Networks (Facebook) and Omnichannel.

This year, we competed for the trophies again, facing giants in the sector, such as Nestlé, Nescafé Dolce Gusto, Leroy Merlin, Santander, Meo, NOS, among others, which, therefore, makes us even more proud of the results obtained.

We brought home two trophies!

The first was for Service via Social Networks, while the second was forChat/Whatsapp.

To explain these victories, we list below some of the most intrinsic characteristics of Alfaloc Customer Service:

  • Speed and effectiveness of response;
  • Personalization of service;
  • Sympathy and cordiality;
  • Custom-built solutions.

On Social Networks, we are, therefore, renewing the quality seal.

As for the service via chat/whatsapp, we are now facing a new achievement!

The chat on the Alfaloc website is a consolidated practice that we have been bringing for a few years, and where we have noticed, from month to month, an increase in the number of customers who opt for this form of contact. This allows them to have a quick and assertive response in the blink of an eye.

Whatsapp, in turn, is one of Alfaloc’s very recent novelties!

This novelty, which has been awaited for some time, we feel has become a great success!
