Call Center Trophies 2018 – Alfaloc won this time!

We are always looking for new ways to make the Alfaloc customer feel close, heard, understood… special.

We aim to provide you with positive experiences on a daily basis.

To do this, participating in activities that sometimes put our experience and way of working to the test is always an interesting challenge, as it can teach us something new and thus give us ideas to innovate.

Thus, along with brands such as NOS, Bankinter, Santander, MEO, Nestlé, Nescafé Dolce Gusto, Purina, Leroy Merlin, Worten, among others, Alfaloc also applied for the Call Center Trophies 2018.

In the year of our debut (2017) we already got very high scores (see news here), but this year we won 2 trophies!

  • Omnichannel Award – the need for an omnichannel customer communication structure has inevitably developed alongside technology. In a time when Alfaloc customers can get in touch via mobile phone, chat, website, Facebook Messenger, email, among others, it is therefore necessary to have a good internal communication structure, so that the customer feels that any of the people he talks to is aware of the subject or that he is able to forward it properly.
  • Social Media Service (Facebook) – gone are the days when customer service had to be always by email or filling out a form. We try, however, to serve the customer where it is most comfortable, practical and convenient. This includes, then, being available on social networks. The speed of the response and the level of clarification given to the customer thus allowed us to also win this trophy.

Receiving these trophies is, without a doubt, to feel that the energy and commitment of the Alfaloc Customer Service team, and all the departments involved, are manifested in a connecting force between the needs of the Alfaloc customer and the dynamism and efficiency reciprocated by our team.

We thank you for demanding from the Alfaloc team the professionalism that allows us to win these trophies.
