The price shown is valid for loads with the characteristics submitted in the quote.

Regardless of the values placed by the customer when calculating the price, the shipment is charged for the weight and measurements calculated after auditing the cargo.

The price shown results from the combination of origin and destination of the shipment, chosen service, weight and dimensions of the cargo, which define the taxable weight.

The taxable weight is always the greater of the actual weight of the cargo and its volumetric weight.

The actual weight is the weight of the load when placed on a scale.

The volumetric weight is the equivalent in kilograms to the volume of the load, that is, it is the space it occupies compared to what it weighs. Example: if a load is light and has large dimensions, it is very likely that its volumetric weight is greater than its actual weight, so the taxable weight in this case will be the volumetric weight.
