Alfaloc assumes its responsibility through ESG criteria

We take a special liking to participate in the surrounding community in a positive way, with a sense of social responsibility.

In the company’s vision, we declare that it is part of alfaloc’s commitment to participate in the development of the communities where alfaloc operates.

The collection of food for the Food Bank, the support to associations and institutions with different purposes have been some of the actions in which alfaloc has been actively involved.

Support for federated and amateur sports, such as basketball, volleyball, handball, athletics, rallying, among others, through federations, associations and clubs involved.

Contributing to a better and fairer society

Small contributions that we believe can contribute to a big impact. A collective and social responsibility.

Sometimes, these are initiatives scheduled many months in advance, such as the Alfaloc Annual Convention or the Christmas Lunch/Dinner Conviviality that includes employees and their families.

Other times, they are surprise initiatives – such as the celebration of Women’s Day – or spontaneous initiatives – such as an afternoon of go-karting adventure.

It is of special importance for the happiness of employees to promote an internal environment with a constructive sense and mutual help.
