Export/Import

  • Weight/Volume Ratio: 200 kg/m3
  • Maximum dimensions: in any dimension 120 cm and (2xH)+(2xW)+L < 300 cm
    • NOTE: Shipments with larger dimensions are subject to confirmation by the SAC. Some destinations may require an extra fee for large packages, in the amount of €20 Eur per package.

  • High risk origin/destination rate. For countries at risk, with embargoes, or other economic and social limitations and identified in the alfaloc zones, a fee of € 25 Eur will be applied. You should check the availability of service for the desired destination.

  • Shipments to and from non-metropolitan areas: € 0.38 Eur. per kg, a minimum of € 15 Eur. Beyond the value of the service
  • Fuel Surcharge: Fuel Surcharge for the Airplane express service, adjusted weekly and posted on www.alfaloc.pt 5 days in advance
  • All packages must be properly labelled with the identification and address of the recipient
  • All shipments must be accompanied by the respective transport document (delivery note, waybill, invoice)
  • Deliveries to private destinations will incur an additional fee of € 4.00 EUR
  • Audit correction cost. When the audited taxable weight is greater than or equal to 25% of that indicated in the Waybill. 8% of the correction with a minimum of 1.50 Euros per shipment.
  • Fee applied to the absence of critical data for the success of a transport of €4.00.
  • Transports will be carried out in accordance with the General Conditions of alfaloc

  • alfaloc warns of the precautions you must take when packaging orders. The responsibility for packaging lies with the shipper. Ask for alfaloc packaging produced and tested to ensure the safety of your shipments.
