National

Deliveries in mainland Portugal and Islands.

Before sending your orders, check the Terms of Service – National. Make sure you are complying with all restrictions, avoiding possible problems.

  • Weight/Volume Ratio: For mainland Portugal and the Islands, the ratio is 250 kg/m3.
  • Maximum dimensions: The limit set is 200 cm, for any dimension in national transport.
  • National: alfaloc applies the tariff to domestic shipments that include pickup, or delivery, to the postal codes of the delegations, as well as the alfaloc operations center.
  • Collection Fee: If the collection is not carried out, as requested, for reasons beyond the control of alfaloc, a fee of €5 will consequently be charged.
  • Second and Subsequent Delivery: If we do not deliver on the first attempt, we will apply an additional +70% fee for each extra delivery attempt.

SEE COMPLEMENTARY SERVICES

  • Fuel Charge: We adjust, and disclose, the rate weekly 5 days in advance.
  • Documentation: Place the respective transport document (delivery note, waybill, invoice) next to your shipments.
  • Labelling: Ensure that all packages are properly labelled with the recipient’s identification and address.
  • Packaging: We emphasize the importance of care in the packaging of orders and emphasize that the responsibility for packaging lies with the shipper.
  • VAT: VAT will be applied on the price shown, at the legal rate in force
  • General Conditions: Carriages will be carried out in accordance with the General Conditions of Alfaloc.
