Conditions for a specific national service

For very specific needs, you can now choose a more economical national service!

For maritime solutions to Madeira and the Azores Islands, or for larger cargo.

National

  • Service available only for the countries indicated in the table of alphaloc zones.
  • Each consignment (each waybill) only admits 1 volume.
  • Weight/Volume Ratio: 250 kg/m3
  • In the second delivery (and subsequent ones), due to impossibility of delivery on the first attempt: +70% for each extra delivery attempt.
  • Audit correction cost. When the audited taxable weight is greater than or equal to 25% of that indicated in the Waybill. 8% of the correction with a minimum of 1.50 Euros per shipment.
  • Fee applied to the absence of critical data for the success of a transport of €4.00.
  • All shipments must be accompanied by the respective transport document (delivery note, waybill, invoice)
  • alfaloc warns of the precautions you must take when packaging orders. The responsibility for packaging lies with the shipper.
  • All packages must be properly labelled with the identification and address of the recipient

  • Transports will be carried out in accordance with the General Conditions of alfaloc
