In partnership with IEFP, the Alfaloc Academy will launch the Trainee Programme – Let’s Find the Way
Entitled “Let’s Find the Way”, this ambitious project is an integral part of the Alfaloc Academy, developed in collaboration with the IEFP. It guarantees the certification of training and access to participation in the measures of the ATIVAR.PT Programme.
Those selected will have the unique opportunity to enter a rapidly expanding sub-sector, immersed in modern management practices and driven by the latest technologies. It is an excellent opportunity to stimulate professional careers in the future. In addition to benefiting the participants, this project represents positive news for the Centro Litoral region, as it strengthens the development of value-added opportunities. Thus, “Let’s Find the Way” trains, and integrates, specialized technicians, contributing to economic growth and encouraging innovation in the region. The initiative not only enhances professional skills, but also promotes a positive impact on the local market.
“Let’s Find the Way” Program Details
Part One
- Training in the classroom (duration of 150H – scheduled to start on October 2nd, lasting 1 month and a half).
Topics integrated in class:
- Business Management;
- Human Resources Management;
- Marketing;
- International Express Transport Management;
- Applied Artificial Intelligence and Augmented Reality.
Second Part
- Internship under the ATIVAR.PT program, lasting 9 months (starting at the end of November).
This internship consists of a period of professional immersion in the company’s various business units.
The program, which has the support of the IEFP, offers a classroom training scholarship (First Part) worth approximately €400.00, covering the entire training period. In addition, during the traineeship, participants receive a monthly grant corresponding to their level of training. For example, for candidates with a bachelor’s degree, the amount is €960.08, plus a food allowance.
