Profit Sharing Plan

By making at least 10% more of the value of the shipments with alfaloc, we will refund you a part of the value.

It’s a discount on extra transport!

In other words, we share with you a part of the alfaloc results!

Results that your company helps us achieve.

This is a form of mutual help, which can strengthen us all.

And if it strengthens us all, then we all win.

How does it work?

It starts by having your Customer Manager give you a table with reference values. Reference values are set based on your company’s shipping value history with Alfaloc. There may be different benchmarks between each period (if your company has a seasonal business, for example).

Each reference value applies to the corresponding 2-month period.

The reference value will be the value target in submissions every 2 months.

If you meet the minimum 10% target, your company will have a 1% premium.

And if you exceed this goal by 100%, your company will have a premium of 5%, of the entire turnover of that period.

During the period there is an obligation to make a monthly purchase, in the minimum amount of €1

How do I get my company to join?

1. Inform your Client Manager that you are interested in joining the Profit Sharing Program. Benefit from these discounts on transport.

2. Your Customer Manager prepares a plan suitable for your company, with 6 bi-monthly reference values, based on your sending history with Alfaloc.

3. The Client Manager sends you the plan, so that you can review. You must sign it and return it.

4. The plan will be validated in the system and will enter into force on the agreed date.

How does my company receive the award?

The prize amount is returned in the form of a credit note.

The credit notes will be assigned on the accumulated invoicing every 2 months, discounting any other credits, and their issuance will take place in the agreed months, with a minimum amount of €10.

What is the duration of the agreement?

The agreement has a maximum duration of 1 year, starting from the agreed month, divided into 6 periods of 2 months, until the limit of December 2025.

What happens if my business doesn’t meet the minimum shipping amount?

Nothing. Or rather, you just miss the opportunity to recover some of the amount you invested in your transport.

What happens if my company complies with the agreement in one period but does not comply in the following period?

The analysis is always done period (2 months) by period.

In this case, you will receive a credit in the period that you have achieved one of the objectives and will not receive in the other period.

What happens if my business doesn’t meet the minimum shipping amount?

Nothing. Or rather, you just miss the opportunity to recover some of the amount you invested in your transport.

What happens if my company exceeds the target by an intermediate percentage, such as 17%, for example?

The goal achieved will always be considered.

In this case, the premium would be 1%, for not having reached the 2nd bracket, of the +20%.

What if my prize means a credit note below €10?

This amount will be awaiting a new premium that justifies the issuance of the document.

However, if for some reason you want the Credit Note to be issued, it will be enough to make the request to fatura@alfaloc.pt

Who has the authority to validate this agreement in my company?

The Agreement must be signed by the administrator, Chief Financial Officer or someone who can assume this same agreement.

However, the most important thing is the signing of a possible credit note, as it is a fiscally accepted document.

Who can I contact if I have questions about the Profit Sharing Plan?

Always with your Customer Manager. It will be he/she who will be able to clarify all your doubts.
