This is how a great project was born, in partnership with AR Telecom, which today allows us to serve Alfaloc customers in an even faster and safer way.
As the omnichannel company that we are – and, as you remember, we have a trophy to prove it – the speed of information circulation is crucial. In addition, computer attacks felt on various scales around the world – such as the Petya virus, one of the most recent and devastating for public and private entities, national and international – force us to rethink all our security methods. Thus, we guarantee the security of all our data and that of our customers.
Alfaloc’s IT team has set clear objectives for the new technological project.
These include the reorganization and standardization of all IT infrastructures, the addition of collaborative features associated with the mail system, and the backup of all corporate information. In addition, we seek to achieve a greater level of integration between communications and the cloud. This ensures a single point of contact for setup and troubleshooting.
All objectives were successfully met.
In such a way that AR Telecom now uses the example of Alfaloc as a case study to communicate to other potential customers. For our part, we are grateful for the recognition of the high technological competence compared to other companies in the transport sector. We are especially pleased that we can now serve Alfaloc customers even better.
