2024 started with Human Talks, a challenge from Alfaloc to some of the main employers in the Leiria Region.
Alfaloc promoted a meeting between human resources managers, with the aim of discussing the constraints and good practices experienced in each organization. The Human Talks promote broad reflections, which aim to overcome difficulties in managing people, in a creative and humane way.
A panel entitled Challenges, lessons and innovations was organized, so that each of those present could share the reality of their company.
The possibilities of continuing partnership work between all companies were also analysed.

At the end of this meeting, everyone’s willingness to continue this sharing is achieved, and a 2nd meeting is scheduled to be held in June.
Human Talks, thus embodies a project for sharing knowledge and experiences in the areas of Human Resources.
