Une reconnaissance encadr\u00e9e dans l\u2019axe Responsabilit\u00e9 Soci\u00e9tale et Durabilit\u00e9, avec une Mention Honorable dans la cat\u00e9gorie BIEN-\u00caTRE ORGANISATIONNEL.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Promue par l\u2019APEE depuis 2015, la Reconnaissance des Pratiques en Responsabilit\u00e9 Soci\u00e9tale et en Durabilit\u00e9<\/strong> distingue la mise en \u0153uvre de politiques et de mod\u00e8les de bonne gouvernance dans les organisations des secteurs public et priv\u00e9. Des organisations \u00e0 but lucratif et \u00e0 but non lucratif, qui cr\u00e9ent de la valeur pour leurs parties prenantes et contribuent activement au d\u00e9veloppement durable. <\/p>\n\n

Cette reconnaissance, par l\u2019une des associations les plus pertinentes au niveau national, est une \u00e9tape importante dans le sens de la valorisation de nos pratiques internes dans le domaine des People. La gestion bas\u00e9e sur l\u2019\u00e9thique des affaires est fondamentale dans la culture d\u2019Alfaloc. <\/p>\n\n

La candidature \u00e0 cette distinction a eu lieu au d\u00e9but de l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2024, sur la base d\u2019un travail d\u2019\u00e9valuation du climat organisationnel encadr\u00e9 par une politique de durabilit\u00e9<\/a> efficace. Analys\u00e9 et valid\u00e9 par cette entit\u00e9, il a fini par \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme un instrument de premier plan pour contribuer \u00e0 la cat\u00e9gorie du \u00ab bien-\u00eatre organisationnel \u00bb.<\/strong> En particulier, dans l\u2019axe de \u00ab Culture du bien-\u00eatre caract\u00e9ris\u00e9e par l\u2019entraide, la confiance et le respect mutuel, o\u00f9 les gens se sentent valoris\u00e9s et reconnus pour leur travail, et o\u00f9 il existe des canaux efficaces de communication et de retour d\u2019information \u00bb.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n

Dans ce projet visant \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer les pratiques commerciales \u00e9thiques d\u2019Alfaloc, plusieurs des 17 objectifs de d\u00e9veloppement durable sont positivement affect\u00e9s par cette pratique. l\u2019ODD 4 (\u00c9ducation de qualit\u00e9) ; 8 (Travail d\u00e9cent et croissance \u00e9conomique) et 16 (Paix, justice et institutions efficaces). <\/p>\n\n
