{"id":11647,"date":"2018-12-06T14:46:00","date_gmt":"2018-12-06T14:46:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/alfaloc.pt\/trophees-des-centres-dappels-2018-alfaloc-a-gagne-cette-fois-ci\/"},"modified":"2025-02-20T16:41:30","modified_gmt":"2025-02-20T16:41:30","slug":"trophees-des-centres-dappels-2018-alfaloc-a-gagne-cette-fois-ci","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/alfaloc.pt\/fr\/trophees-des-centres-dappels-2018-alfaloc-a-gagne-cette-fois-ci\/","title":{"rendered":"Troph\u00e9es des centres d\u2019appels 2018 \u2013 Alfaloc a gagn\u00e9 cette fois-ci !"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-estamos-sempre-a-procura-de-novas-formas-de-fazer-o-cliente-alfaloc-sentir-se-proximo-ouvido-compreendido-especial\">Nous sommes toujours \u00e0 la recherche de nouvelles fa\u00e7ons de faire en sorte que le<strong> client Alfaloc<\/strong> se sente proche, entendu, compris&#8230; sp\u00e9cial.<\/h2>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-pretendemos-proporcionar-lhe-experiencias-positivas-diariamente\">Notre objectif est de vous offrir des exp\u00e9riences positives au quotidien.<\/h3>\n\n<p>Pour ce faire, participer \u00e0 des activit\u00e9s qui mettent parfois \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9preuve notre exp\u00e9rience et notre fa\u00e7on de travailler est toujours un d\u00e9fi int\u00e9ressant, car cela peut nous apprendre quelque chose de nouveau et ainsi nous donner des id\u00e9es pour innover.<\/p>\n\n<p>Ainsi, aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de marques telles que <strong>NOS, Bankinter, Santander, MEO, Nestl\u00e9, Nescaf\u00e9 Dolce Gusto, Purina, Leroy Merlin, Worten,<\/strong> entre autres, Alfaloc a \u00e9galement postul\u00e9 aux <a href=\"https:\/\/www.callcentermagazine.net\/trofeus-call-center\/\">Troph\u00e9es des centres d\u2019appels 2018<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n<p>L\u2019ann\u00e9e de nos d\u00e9buts (2017), nous avons d\u00e9j\u00e0 obtenu des scores tr\u00e8s \u00e9lev\u00e9s (<a href=\"https:\/\/alfaloc.pt\/fr\/trophees-des-centres-dappels-2017-alfaloc-a-fait-ses-grands-debuts\/\">voir l\u2019actualit\u00e9 ici<\/a>), mais cette ann\u00e9e, nous avons remport\u00e9 2 troph\u00e9es !<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Omnichannel Award<\/strong> \u2013 le besoin d\u2019une structure de communication client omnicanale s\u2019est in\u00e9vitablement d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 en m\u00eame temps que la technologie. \u00c0 une \u00e9poque o\u00f9 les clients d\u2019Alfaloc peuvent entrer en contact via un t\u00e9l\u00e9phone portable, un chat, un site web, Facebook Messenger, un e-mail, entre autres, il est donc n\u00e9cessaire d\u2019avoir une bonne structure de communication interne, afin que le client sente que l\u2019une des personnes \u00e0 qui il parle est au courant du sujet ou qu\u2019il est en mesure de le transmettre correctement. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Service de m\u00e9dias sociaux (Facebook)<\/strong> \u2013 l\u2019\u00e9poque o\u00f9 le service client devait toujours se faire par e-mail ou pour remplir un formulaire est r\u00e9volue. Nous essayons cependant de servir le client l\u00e0 o\u00f9 c\u2019est le plus confortable, pratique et pratique. Cela inclut donc d\u2019\u00eatre disponible sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux.
