{"id":11645,"date":"2018-12-06T14:46:00","date_gmt":"2018-12-06T14:46:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/alfaloc.pt\/trofeos-call-center-2018-alfaloc-gano-esta-vez\/"},"modified":"2025-02-20T16:41:31","modified_gmt":"2025-02-20T16:41:31","slug":"trofeos-call-center-2018-alfaloc-gano-esta-vez","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/alfaloc.pt\/es\/trofeos-call-center-2018-alfaloc-gano-esta-vez\/","title":{"rendered":"Trofeos Call Center 2018 \u2013 \u00a1Alfaloc gan\u00f3 esta vez!"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-estamos-sempre-a-procura-de-novas-formas-de-fazer-o-cliente-alfaloc-sentir-se-proximo-ouvido-compreendido-especial\">Siempre estamos buscando nuevas formas de hacer que el<strong> cliente de Alfaloc<\/strong> se sienta cercano, escuchado, comprendido&#8230; especial.<\/h2>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-pretendemos-proporcionar-lhe-experiencias-positivas-diariamente\">Nuestro objetivo es brindarle experiencias positivas a diario.<\/h3>\n\n<p>Para ello, participar en actividades que a veces ponen a prueba nuestra experiencia y forma de trabajar siempre es un reto interesante, ya que puede ense\u00f1arnos algo nuevo y as\u00ed darnos ideas para innovar.<\/p>\n\n<p>As\u00ed, junto a marcas como <strong>NOS, Bankinter, Santander, MEO, Nestl\u00e9, Nescaf\u00e9 Dolce Gusto, Purina, Leroy Merlin, Worten,<\/strong> entre otras, Alfaloc tambi\u00e9n opt\u00f3 a los <a href=\"https:\/\/www.callcentermagazine.net\/trofeus-call-center\/\">Trofeos Call Center 2018<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n<p>En el a\u00f1o de nuestro debut (2017) ya obtuvimos puntuaciones muy altas (<a href=\"https:\/\/alfaloc.pt\/es\/trofeos-call-center-2017-alfaloc-debuto-a-lo-grande\/\">ver noticia aqu\u00ed<\/a>), \u00a1pero este a\u00f1o ganamos 2 trofeos!<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Premio Omnicanal<\/strong> : la necesidad de una estructura de comunicaci\u00f3n omnicanal con el cliente se ha desarrollado inevitablemente junto con la tecnolog\u00eda. En una \u00e9poca en la que los clientes de Alfaloc pueden ponerse en contacto a trav\u00e9s del tel\u00e9fono m\u00f3vil, chat, p\u00e1gina web, Facebook Messenger, correo electr\u00f3nico, entre otros, es necesario, por tanto, contar con una buena estructura de comunicaci\u00f3n interna, para que el cliente sienta que alguna de las personas con las que habla est\u00e1 al tanto del tema o que es capaz de reenviarlo adecuadamente. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Servicio de redes sociales (Facebook):<\/strong> atr\u00e1s quedaron los d\u00edas en que el servicio al cliente ten\u00eda que ser siempre por correo electr\u00f3nico o completando un formulario. Intentamos, sin embargo, servir al cliente donde sea m\u00e1s c\u00f3modo, pr\u00e1ctico y conveniente. Esto incluye, entonces, estar disponible en las redes sociales.
