More than a simple anniversary, for Alfaloc, Women’s Day <\/strong>is essential to value the role of all women and reflect, together, the many challenges that still arise today.<\/p>\n\n On this day, we celebrated the value of women, their struggles and their fundamental role in society. We also give a special focus to refugee women<\/strong><\/em>, migrants, for their courage in leaving their country, in search of more security, opportunities and stability, leaving behind companions, family members, their home and part of their history, in search of a new life. <\/p>\n\n The day began with a message of reflection and continued with challenges, on social networks, with offers for all women.<\/p>\n\n Alfaloc’s gift, for all employees, was a small Journal<\/strong>, a diary of empty sheets, alternating with expressions, or phrases, that remind us, and inspire, us to walk life.<\/p>\n\n We witnessed incredible moments of sharing between nationalities, cultures, traditions, women and men.<\/p>\n\n
